Viscous chicken manure can be mixed with microbial agents and straw powder to create a good aerobic environment for material fermentation. Under the properties of this loose material, chicken manure can be deodorized in 7-12 hours, dried in three days, and fertilized in five to seven days, which is not only much faster than deep tank fermentation, but also prevents the production of harmful and malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide, amine gas, indole, etc. in the fermentation process, which not only meets the environmental protection requirements, but also can produce good bio organic fertilizer.

The whole machine has appropriate power balance, low energy consumption and large output, which reduces the production cost of bio organic fertilizer. According to the calculation of machine technical parameters, the small machine can turn and mix 400-500 cubic meters of fresh chicken manure per hour (equivalent to the tireless workload of 100 people at the same time). It can be converted into more than 160-200 tons of finished fertilizer. In an organic fertilizer plant with a daily output of 100 tons of finished fertilizer, workers can operate the machine for less than one hour (referring to the actual mixing time). The energy consumption per ton of fertilizer is less than 1kW, and the average oil consumption per cubic meter is 0.03 RMB. Only 4 or 5 employees are needed in the whole plant.
