The automatic bin is one of the indispensable equipment of the organic fertilizer production line. According to the needs of the user's production scale, the wall of the automatic bin produced by us is welded and formed by all high-quality boiler plates. In order to reduce the user's investment and avoid the increase of investment and trouble caused by the civil foundation, it is generally designed as a support structure, so that the position can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the user's site, and the installation and use are more convenient.

In order to avoid blocking at the discharge port and to control the discharge volume, the discharge port is designed to be in a round place. The movable seeding plate controls the material flow. The stirring blade on the extraction shaft is driven by the cycloidal needle wheel reducer motor to slowly pull the material. The organic fertilizer material is evenly placed on the belt conveyor and enters the next process.

With the development of the current production scale of organic fertilizer, our factory has newly developed electromagnetic vibration feeding and warehouse wall electromagnetic vibration. The flow rate can be controlled to prevent material sticking on the warehouse wall. Moreover, the feeding is uniform, the power consumption is small, and the operation is more convenient when it is used with the granulator equipment, and the production output per hour can be accurately measured
